Changes to the IEEE Circuits and Systems Bylaws
At our May 2019 Board of Governors Meeting in Sapporo, Japan on 25 May 2019, the IEEE CASS Board of Governors approved a motion to change our Society Bylaws. These changes are reflected in the Board of Governors election process and the requirements of the CASS Fellow Committee.
These changes were introduced at the October 2017 Board of Governors Meeting and have been discussed and finetuned since this meeting.
Per the IEEE CASS Constitution, it is our duty to inform the Society Membership of these Bylaw changes via the Society Website.
