IEEE ISCAS 2022, Austin, USA, 2022
The IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS) is the flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society and the world’s premiere networking forum for researchers in the highly active fields of theory, design and implementation of circuits and systems.
ISCAS 2022 will be held in Austin Texas, one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. Much of this growth is attributable to the rapidly growing tech sector in the Austin metropolitan area. The large and dynamic tech sector will provide an opportunity to include a strong industrial presence in the conference.
Following the lead of the ISCAS 2021 organizers that used a hybrid format whereby some participants attended in person and others participated virtually, a hybrid format will be established for ISCAS 2022. As we hopefully enter the post-pandemic era, our intentions are to expand the on-site in-person activities but for those that either can-not or prefer to not attend in person, for whatever reason, we also plan on providing the opportunity for anyone to participate virtually. In keeping with the tradition of maintaining a high-quality technical program, the paper submission procedure and the review guidelines will be identical irrespective of whether the presentation is made in-person in a lecture session, in-person in a poster session, or virtually.
New to ISCAS 2022 will be an early-bird paper submission option and correspondingly a somewhat earlier review decision date on submitted papers. This should provide additional lead time for those that need to obtain a visa. We are tentatively planning on waiving tutorial registration fees for authors of accepted early-bird submissions as well. Additional details will be provided later.
We look forward to your participation in ISCAS 2022 in person, in Austin Texas, or virtually if that better suits your needs.

SERESSA 2021, Brazil (Virtual) (November 2021)
The 17th International School on the Effects of Radiation on Embedded Systems for Space Applications (SERESSA) combines academic, government, and industrial communities working in the area of radiation effects on embedded systems. Radiation effects are a significant concern for space and avionics systems, as well as for critical applications operating at ground level such as automotive, high energy facilities, medical or even banking. The school is based on lectures and exercises involving real case studies using the common tools of the domain. The intended audience includes both beginning and experienced researchers, engineers, and post-graduate students wishing to enhance their knowledge base in this rapidly evolving field. Topics covered by SERESSA include: radiation environment, spacecraft anomalies, single-event effects (SEE), total dose effects (TID), radiation effects in power systems, radiation effects in solar cells, architecture hardening in analog, and digital circuits and in memories, software hardening, effects in FPGAs, hardness assurance, rate prediction, radiation testing, laser testing and remote testing experiments.
First SERESSA was organised in 2005, in the middle of the Amazon Jungle, Manaus, Brazil. Then, it moved around the world, being organised in Seville, Buenos Aires, Palm Beach, Takasaki, São José dos Campos, Toulouse, Ansan, Moscow, Bariloche, Puebla, Montreal, Munich, Nordwick, Seville and Porto Alegre (virtual). Now, in 2021, it will be a fully Virtual Edition again, from Porto Alegre, Brazil.
Program: Includes speakers from several countries, available at www.ufrgs.br/seressa2021

ISICAS 2021, Singapore (Postponed to December 2021)
The International Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems (ISICAS), to be held in September 3-4, 2021 in Singapore, invites high-quality submissions presenting original work in the areas of integrated circuits and systems. Topics in the areas of analogue, digital, power, energy, biomedical, sensor interfaces, and communication systems are welcome. The submissions must describe integrated circuit and system implementations, with experimental results. Extended versions of previously published recent conference papers with significant additional materials are also welcome.
The symposium will not produce proceedings as all accepted papers will be published in Special Issues of TCAS-I, TCAS-II, TBioCAS, and OJCAS shortly after the results are presented at ISICAS 2021. The deadline has been extended till 7 March, 2021.

iSES 2021, Jaipur, India (December 2021)
The primary objective of IEEE International Symposium on Smart Electronic Systems (IEEE – iSES, formerly IEEE – iNIS) is to provide a platform for both hardware and software researchers to interact under one umbrella for further development of smart electronic systems. Efficient and secure data sensing, storage, and processing play pivotal roles in current information age. The state-of-the-art smart electronic systems cater to the needs of efficient sensing, storage, and computing. At the same time, efficient algorithms and software used for faster analysis and retrieval of desired information are becoming increasingly important. Big data which are large, complex data sets, are now a part of the Internet world. Storing and processing needs of the enormous amount of structured and unstructured data are getting increasingly challenging. At the same time, Internet of Things (IoT) and cyber-physical systems (CPS) have been evolving with simultaneous development of hardware and software and span across everyday consumer electronics. The performance and efficiency of the present as well as the future generations of computing and information processing systems are largely dependent upon advances in both hardware and software. IEEE-iSES has been initiated as a sponsored meeting of Technical Committee on VLSI, IEEE-CS (https://www.ieee-tcvlsi.org/) that endorses a league of successful meetings including ASAP, ISVLSI, and ARITH, are now presented as “Sister Conferences”.
